We are deeply appreciative of the workshop on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) conducted by Sangitha and Parul.
The training was well-paced, interactive, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring that every participant remained engaged throughout their clear facilitation and practical approach empowered our team of teachers to translate the principles of UDL into practice with confidence. By the end of the workshop, teachers were fluently designing lessons that were inclusive and responsive to diverse learners’ needs.
Sangitha and Parul’s expertise and ability to connect with the group made the learning experience both meaningful and impactful. This training has truly strengthened our collective capacity to create classrooms where every student can thrive.

Sangitha and Parul from The Teachers Collective did a full-day workshop on Saturday, June 21st, with the Elementary School teaching team at Aditi, taking us through the principles of UDL and how and why to incorporate them into our lesson planning. The workshop was extremely interactive, and we were able to relate to a lot of what was being discussed, as we already use similar principles in our teaching and learning practice. Sangitha and Parul came well prepared with material that was engaging and relevant, and helped us refine our processes. Whilst they came as trained UDL experts, they were very patient and open to our responses and suggestions.

The first session was followed up with a small group session with each teaching team, which further helped refine our lesson planning process.
